The Stine Construction Team has Over Four Decades of Combined Experience
Adam Stine
President
Adam Stine is a licensed General Contractor and President of Stine Construction, Inc. Adam has more than 20 years of experience in helping clients bring their project visions to completion and prides himself on client satisfaction and development of long term client relationships.
By focusing on providing service that exceeds the highest standards and keeping up with trending industry challenges and developments, Adam has been able to combine his passion for building, generational field knowledge and personal experience to ensure satisfaction for his valued clients and their projects. Adam may spend much of his days at Stine Construction’s Plant City office, but it’s the Team, Clients and exciting projects that gets him up in the morning.
When Adam is not working, he is an avid outdoorsman and loves spending time fishing and hunting with his wife, Katie. Adam can also often be found in his back yard spending time with family enjoying another of his favorite hobbies: grilling and barbecuing. Adam and Katie have three sons, Kody, Aidan and Mason and a golden retriever, Nala.
Chandler Storms
Project Manager
Chandler Storms is Stine Constructions Project Manager. Prior to joining our team in 2022, Chandler spent more than 10 years gaining industry experience in various roles at Opendoor and other construction companies. Chandler’s vast knowledge, experience and reputation with industry contacts serves the Stine Construction team and clients well. In the office, Chandler assists with new project procurement, bidding and estimating. In the field, Chandler is responsible for overseeing crews to ensure projects are running smoothly, safely and keeping to expected timelines. Chandler is a fantastic point of contact for clients and continues to demonstrate impressive work ethic and a broad span of skills and knowledge that make him a valuable asset to the Stine team.
In his free time, Chandler spends time with his family enjoying all things outdoors, they can most often be found hunting, fishing and riding around their family property. He is a proud husband and father.
Haley Aldridge
Office Manager
Haley Aldridge is the Office Manager at Stine Construction and has 24 years of professional industry experience. Haley joined Stine Construction in 2018 and quickly became an integral and valuable member of our team. In her role as Office Manager, she oversees the daily operations of the office including invoicing, accounts payable, payroll, benefits coordination and more. Haley possesses excellent leadership and organizational skills and ensures the effectiveness of the company’s staff and processes. Haley is a critical component of our success and we appreciate all she does for us.
When Haley is not at the office keeping everyone and everything in line, she enjoys fishing, reading, crafting, and spending time with her children, family, and friends.



What We Do
In general, we offer our clients a bundle of services, including Construction Management, Design and Project Coordination, as well as General Construction through all areas of their project. Stine Construction, Inc. prides itself on a Design, Build and Manage aspect of construction. Our Design, Build and Manage platform streamlines the project from beginning to end incorporating many advantages throughout the process. The approach allows the client to have one single point of contact for their project and still maintain overall control. Our experienced team of architects, engineers, project managers and personnel provide a thorough execution in all areas of the construction process from start to finish. While we are able to offer any of these services individually to their maximum potential, the greatest advantage comes when combined in a full turnkey contract.
